Putting Country First

As President and CEO of First American Capital Real Estate Services Inc. (FACRES) Richard oversees the general operations of FACRES. Mr. Wyman is a "Disabled Veteran" who served our country for over six years and upon being honorably discharged dedicated himself to helping people realize "The American Dream".

Mr. Wyman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in technology, California DRE sales person's license and a degree in sociology from CSU Hayward. Richard incorporated FACRES in August 2000 to mainly serve "entry level" home buyers. As Mr. Wyman is a visionary, he developed a very advanced user friendly tool in an online Real Estate auction platform to help bring distressed assets to current and past distressed or displaced home owners and "entry level" home buyers to minimize financial losses of the asset holders and maximize opportunities for all parties.

Mr. Wyman's vision has now started to become reality and in 2010 he realized he needed to focus on acquiring distressed assets so as to create more opportunities for displaced home owners and get back to helping the "entry level" home buyer.



Making a Difference

Victoria is a highly productive professional with over 20 years experience in all phases of real estate sales, business development and customer/client relations, including prospect/qualifying, presentations, proposals, negotiating, and closing.

Victoria graduated Golden Key Honor Society Bachelor of Science in Aero Space Science and a minor in communications from Metropolitan State College Denver Colorado. Victoria is a California DRE broker and licensed general engineer/contractor.

Victoria is a keen observer of human behavior and motivation. Major strengths in problem solving, marketing and building long term business relationships applying her exceptional interpersonal skills and communication, resulting in outstanding rapport with clients, colleagues, and professionals at all levels.


Robert Lynch, Managing Director

Mr. Lynch oversees the vender management teams as well as investor relationships. Mr. Lynch has over 30 years of high level business management experience.

Mr. Lynch has been in the mortgage and Real Estate investment space for almost 40 years and has developed and sold several businesses primarily to fortune 100 companies.
